About sake (comment from the brewer)

Using naturally cultivated Yamada Nishiki grown by Mr. Haru Sukari in Kamisato Town in the northern part of Saitama Prefecture, this unfiltered unfiltered sake is carefully brewed using the brewery's own high-temperature Yamahaimoto. This sake is the result of careful work in every step of the way, from rice cultivation to sake brewing. Kido Izumi Sake Brewery's most refined pure rice sake with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. It is shipped as unfiltered unprocessed sake.
This is an elegant Junmai sake that is refreshing and easy to drink, yet has a strong flavor.
Since it is raw sake, please keep it refrigerated regardless of whether it is opened or not.
